Task Bullet has been great to work with. I'm a very picky business owner when it comes to vendors, and I've gone through more VAs than I'd like to admit publicly (23, last time I checked). Task Bullet has been great to work with so far!Like with any VA service, it takes some time to get into a rhythm and figure out how best to work with them so styles work properly. The feedback loop is essential in this process, and ideally, you only spend a week or two going through the big rounds of feedback and growing pains before you get into a nice groove. This process was relatively fast with Task Bullet, and especially for what you pay, they are prompt, effective, and responsive. The only "complaint" I could have is that they use Basecamp for task management and communication, and I'm not a huge fan. But like I said, I've used tons of VAs over the years, and if that's the worst thing about a VA company, then you're doing pretty well!HIGHLY recommend!
