• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and company name you provide through forms or scheduling.
• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, and interactions collected through Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics.
• Chat transcripts — messages exchanged with our AI-powered chat assistant to improve support quality.
• Payment information — processed securely through Stripe. We never store card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver and manage our Flexible Hour Virtual Assistant Services.
• To schedule your welcome call and assign a dedicated virtual assistant.
• To communicate about your account, tasks, and billing.
• To improve our website, services, and customer experience.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers — Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Google (analytics), and xAI (chat assistant).
• Your assigned VA team — to complete the tasks you delegate.
• Legal compliance — if required by law or to protect our rights.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS), access controls, and secure hosting on Vercel to protect your data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@taskbullet.net.

We use essential cookies and analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Bing UET) to understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

7. Google User Data

If you choose to connect your Google account, TaskBullet requests permission to:

• Send email on your behalf (gmail.send) - to send emails that you have drafted and explicitly approved through the TaskBullet assistant.
• Create and manage your calendar events (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar) - to create, update, and read calendar events you ask the assistant to schedule.
• Read your Google account email address (userinfo.email) - to identify the connected account and display it in your settings.

We use this access only to perform actions you explicitly request through the TaskBullet assistant. We store Google OAuth access and refresh tokens securely on our servers, encrypted in transit and at rest, and use them solely to maintain your connection. We do not read the contents of your mailbox, and we do not use Google user data for advertising, to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, or for any purpose unrelated to the features you request.

TaskBullet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your TaskBullet settings, which immediately revokes our stored tokens and deletes them from our systems.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
