The reason we chose Basecamp is simple—it allows us to give our clients access to one of the most cost-effective and efficient task management systems around. With its user-friendly interface, you can easily check the status of your tasks or assign new ones.
Shortly after purchasing your initial bucket of hours, you’ll be emailed an invite to Basecamp (sent to the same address you used to sign up with TaskBullet). Please note that you are also welcome to use your own project management software. Again, we’re all about flexibility here.

Task Bullet has been great to work with. I'm a very picky business owner when it comes to vendors, and I've gone through more VAs than I'd like to admit publicly (23, last time I checked). Task Bullet has been great to work with so far!Like with any VA service, it takes some time to get into a rhythm and figure out how best to work with them so styles work properly. The feedback loop is essential in this process, and ideally, you only spend a week or two going through the big rounds of feedback and growing pains before you get into a nice groove. This process was relatively fast with Task Bullet, and especially for what you pay, they are prompt, effective, and responsive. The only "complaint" I could have is that they use Basecamp for task management and communication, and I'm not a huge fan. But like I said, I've used tons of VAs over the years, and if that's the worst thing about a VA company, then you're doing pretty well!HIGHLY recommend!
