TaskBullet is perfect for my small business. I love the excellent communication I receive. I have 2 Virtual assistants, one for social media and the other to help maximize my website and SEO. Both are super creative and responsive. More creative than me, which I NEED! We even use Zoom meetings to better communicate and perfect each project. They are both available on my hours and because of where they are located, we even meet after 5pm occasionally which is perfect for me!

I have been contracting Task Bullet since 2014 or so. I really like their bucket hours system which give me a lot of flexibilities to run my businesses. They have a dedicated project manager to assign VA for tasks. This really helps when there is an issue come up in a project. Overall, I am very happy with their service.
